Expect from you:
✅ at least 1+ year direct experience in media buying or managing affiliate networks, ideally in gambling, fintech or financial offers;
✅ knowledge of how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models;
✅ highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI’s, and profitability levers;
✅ advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc;
✅ ability to develop strong working relationships from zero and effectively close the deals;
✅ strong technical background and experience with integration various affiliate platforms;
✅ fluent or upper intermediate language ability in English.
✅ strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing, with familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management;
✅ fluent ability in one of the following languages: German, Spanish.
✅ search and recruit new affiliates in order to establish new opportunities and maximize relationships;
✅ set and then exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue, profit margin and growth – and help affiliates do the same;
✅ regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance efficiency of marketing spend;
✅ provide account management support to existing campaigns including but not limited to: postbacks, API integration, creative and technical updates;
✅ manage the day to day communication with affiliates, recommend new campaign and handle all general questions and technical issues as needed;
✅ ensure compliance guidelines are followed according to federal and state regulations, analyzing potential risks to any violation (для белых рынков!);
✅ provide insight on new opportunities, business trends and challenges or concerns related to affiliate accounts.
